This includes:

• Project coordination for both internal and client projects

• Full audit of back office processes with post audit report and implementation of new processes and systems

• Implementing procedures that make the back office department more cost effective

• Vendor management including PSL documents, management of client portals and client onboarding documents

• Initial client contract review and amendment suggestions

This includes:

• Internal recruitment support, including advertising, candidate tracking, first round interviews and structured feedback

• Onboarding new staff, development of employee handbook, IT set up support, development of structured onboarding process

• Employee payroll assistance including consultant commission tracking and expenses

• Maintaining employee records inducing performance reviews, promotions & pay rises, personal records and holiday & absence tracking

• Management of more complex HR procedures‍ ‍

• Staff development including performance tracking and coordination of employee training

• Working with management to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction

This includes:

• Management of full month end financial processes including bank reconciliations and working with external accountants

• Invoicing of clients, temp & perm, UK & international, all in accordance with existing contracts

• Reviewing and processing temp payroll

• Working with factoring companies (if applicable) to set up / manage full invoicing processes

• Financial reports

• Budget management and tracking for costs and revenue

This includes (UK & international):

• Full management of debtors ledger including credit control via email & phone and credit risk management

• Bringing credit control processes inhouse from factoring companies

• Full monthly reporting

This includes:

• Development of admin processes

• Document & presentation preparation

This includes projects such as:

• Event planning for both internal and client events

• Travel arrangements for UK and international meetings/events

• Management of office moves from finding new spaces, reviewing contracts and managing the move

• Visa applications for employees for UK and/or international visas

• Setting up of international offices, from finding office spaces to management of new company polices and managing relocation processes
